Kevin Pettit serves as the interim chief financial officer. Pettit brings over 25 years of financial leadership experience in the private and nonprofit sectors, including for international development organizations.

Most recently, he served as the global senior director of finance at Oceana, the largest international advocacy organization dedicated solely to ocean conservation. Previously, Pettit served as vice president, finance at National Quality Forum, a nonprofit government contractor and membership-based organization that works to improve healthcare outcomes, safety, and affordability. Pettit’s international development experience includes senior roles at FHI 360, Chemonics, Institute of International Education, and Development Alternatives, Inc.

Pettit has served on the board of directors in country offices in Indonesia, Mexico, and Thailand. His other country experience includes Jordan, Palestine, South Africa, Kenya, Belize, EU, UK, Canada, Peru, Chile, Brazil, Senegal, Ghana, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
